SADDLE STUDIO 3-STEP PROCESS
​The Saddle Studio allows you access one of the best selections of saddles in the Lower Mainland. All the top brands are available for you to come in and try. A Saddle Session can be broken down into three easy steps.​​:
The true test will be, “how does it feel out on the road after a longer ride”. If there is something that does not feel right, you can return for a complimentary re-assessment and adjustment. If at this time it is decided that the saddle is not a match for you then it can be swapped out for another model no questions asked. This is part of the satisfaction guaranteed service that the Saddle Studio offers.

Note: This re-visit offer is available within the first 2 weeks or after the completion of your first few rides. The Satisfaction Guarantee is also brand dependent. If the saddle is marked, damaged, scratched, bent, ripped, cracked, scuffed or any other imperfection to the saddle this may impact the ability to return it.
STEP 1
If you are not currently happy with your saddle it is important to understand what is not working. So we begin with a short interview to gather information about rider history. During this time we will get you to sit on the “Sit Bone Measuring stool”, this provides some valuable information about the width and shape of the new saddle.
STEP 2
We then begin the 20 to 30-minute session on the spin bike with the Switchit device. The Switchit allows you to sample multiple brands and models in a very short period of time. Go to Switchit Video for more information.
STEP 3
Once we find a comfortable saddle an install service is available. We begin with the removal of the old saddle and installation of the new. This will be followed by adjustment to the saddle height, saddle fore/aft and saddle tilt. Once the position of comfort and performance has been established we can then complete a cockpit evaluation.
